Experience of planning, organising and participating in events, product fairs and campaigns together with local retailers is also a must. The winning candidates will also be strong negotiators, with experience in finding the right balance in dealing with customers. IT literacy is compulsory. The southeast candidate should have some experience of the growing carp fishing market.
