Solar ace banks 444lb of carp in a week!

Paul Poynter has landed one forty, six fifties and a 75lb 12oz common all in the same session, as he’s just enjoyed the most prolific fishing trip of his life.

The English carp angler fished with snowman rigs and a small PVA bag of Solar Quench pellets over a bed of Solar Chinese Take-Away and Quench frozen boilies in a mixture of 14mm and 18mm sizes.

All of the carp Paul landed from the French venue were commons and weighed in at:

40lb 8oz
51lb 9oz
53lb 11oz
54lb 8oz
55lb 2oz
56lb 6oz
59lb 9oz
75lb 12oz

That’s more than 444lb of carp landed in the space of one week!

Understandably, Paul is keeping the name and location of the venue quiet, but the 75lb 12oz common is the biggest carp the angler from the southeast has ever landed and is sure to prove a tough PB to better.
